Emma and Weston

I had the opportunity to photograph Emma and Weston yesterday.  Emma was a real doll - very cooperative and loving to pose!  Weston, on the other hand was well, not exactly happy with me and my camera.  I did get some cute candid shots as I followed him around.  I definitely got a work out!  Kids in the leaves with pumpkins are just too cute!

I give up trying to pose children for photographs!  I have decided that I will follow them around and snap away.  I think I get better shots anyway.  

Sometimes you have to do the same thing with teens!

 A friend suggested that these photos are reminiscent of Tom Sawyer/Huck Fin and Andy Griffith. . . 
I like them because I caught my boys doing what they do best - ignoring me!

BABY CLAIRE AND HER BIG BROTHER

Here are some sweet photos of Baby Claire.  Forgive me, but the shoe shot is still my all-time favorite!!!  

Her brother is a typical 2 year old and would not pose for me, but I tricked him a couple of times and got a few nice shots.  Don't you just love his hair?
