BABY SESSIONS-Liam

Little Liam is 3 months old!  What a cutie pie!  I am so excited to be able to have the opportunity to photograph Liam throughout his first year of life as his parents became part of my "Baby's First Year Session" club!  Liam did not want to cooperate the first day his mom brought him, so we rescheduled for later in the week.  Dad came along this time, and Liam did awesome!  I could not get a smile out of him, but he was pleasant and cooperative most of the session.  We decided to end the session right before we got some shots of Liam in a Santa hat - he started to fuss and we decided to be happy with the images we got!  I am thrilled with these, and in fact, have one of them hanging in my studio!

 

FAMILY SESSIONS-Brook and Lily

Loved having Lily and Brook in my studio for the first time.  I can't believe how grown up they've become in the past year!

 

FAMILY SESSIONS - The A family

I was so excited for this session!  We had to cancel this family's first session a few weeks ago because of heavy downpours of rain!  Fortunately, we had really nice weather on the day we rescheduled!  It was a little chilly, but we worked around that.  Little Kiera was just adorable!  She was a little shy, but she let me take her picture and posed very well, as long as her mom was close by!  

 

SENIOR SESSIONS - Matt

Golfing - a game I know very little about!  However, I do enjoy taking pictures of golfers.  This is where we started Matt's session, and ended up finishing in my back yard and studio.  I really LOVE Matt's studio session images.  I like the dramatic lighting on his golf clubs - which happen to have belonged to Matt's dad, and that makes the photos extra special!

 

SENIOR SESSIONS-Jonathon

I love the uniqueness of Jonathon's pictures!  I went out to his family's home in Loyal for 1/2 the session.  Jonathon's hobby is fixing up an old John Deere tractor, so of course, we got to use that for a prop!  I love the "down to earth", casual feel of these!

 

SENIOR SESSIONS-Derrick

Derrick's session was indoor and outdoor.  The wind was terrible and it was a bit chilly!  Derrick has been the only senior so far who has taken me up on the offer to have his picture taken with my chickens!  I was just joking, but Derrick seemed to like the idea, so I had my son catch a chicken for him!  We had a lot of fun and I am really happy with the results from that day!

 

SENIOR SESSIONS - Jeremy

This has really been a great year for doing senior portraits for my business!  I had hoped at the beginning of the summer to get at least 5 seniors (plus my own son).  Wow- I was blessed with 20 this year!  I met some great kids, learned A LOT about photographing young people, and mostly, had a really good time doing it all!  It seems that each young person I had the privilege to photograph had great ideas and brought their own inspiration to the shoots - sometimes they did not know it, but they all did great!  Jeremy was no different.  I had a lot of fun with some of his ideas and hobbies!  I even had to swallow my "Pittsburgh" pride and shoot a Green Bay fan!

FAMILY SESSIONS - The B girls

This session was a lot of fun!  These three girls were so easy to work with and willing to try some crazy poses!  I really like how they all somewhat "match" without looking totally alike.  Great outfit choices!

These kids are so stinkin' cute!!  The littlest one was determined not to look at me or let me get her picture.  The older two were absolutely gems!  The would hold their pose and smile while we tried to get their little sister to at least look in the general direction of the camera.  They were a lot of fun to work with and such a good looking family!
