Happy Birthday

My third son, Levi, turned 5 a few days ago.  Wow-time really flies.  His sweet, loving disposition has stayed the same through the last 5 years, although he would rather not pose for mom to take pictures.  Here are some of the shots we got:

SENIOR SESSIONS - Adam

It was high humidity and temperatures the day these were shot.  We started early so we could avoid the worst of the heat.  It did not seem as bad as I thought it would be and we did end up getting some great shots!  Here are some of my favorites:

 

Class of 2012 - Tanner

I'm a bit partial to these photos, after all, they are of my son.  Baseball is his passion, so we started with his baseball poses.

 

CUTE BABY

This little guy may be my nephew, but I don't think I'm being partial when I say that he is one cute baby!!!  

This has become one of my new favorite actions in PSE-it's called "denim" and I love that is has 3 choices to edit with:  this one is "classic blue".  It's great for kids wearing denim and especially great if that child has blue eyes!

 

I LOVE SPRING!

Spring is the best time of year!  I love warm weather and all the beautiful flowers and leaves everywhere!  Plus, the season after spring is summer, and if we're lucky, we'll have a nice summer this year.  That means at least 4 months of no snow!!!!  What can be better than that??   Here are a few shots from around my home this spring.   Enjoy the weather!

 

TRILLIUM SPECIAL

I am so blessed to live on land that happens to be alive with trilliums!  I love those two weeks in May when they are in full bloom in the woods all around my home.  It seems a double blessing when you consider that I did not do a single thing to plant/weed/water, etc., these beautiful flowers!   However, I sure do love to take advantage of these for portrait sessions!!  For the next two weeks, I am offering a "mini session" of sorts for $35.  This includes approximately 10 different shots/poses of your family/children in around the flowers, post processing of the images, and the copyrighted DVD of the images so that you can use them on Facebook, have them printed, or just as a keepsake.  I also offer printing (see prices here).

Spring is finally here!

These two are just adorable!  I love taking pictures of children - even when they don't always cooperate and give the best smiles.   Claire looks like such a princess here:
